Legal
Terms
Last updated: 2 November 2026
These terms apply to your use of limefunnel.com and to the free audit offered on it. By using the site, you agree to them.
Who runs this site
limefunnel.com is run by Ksenia Afanaseva, Varna, Bulgaria. Contact: afanasievaq.smm@gmail.com.
Information on the site
Articles, examples and case studies are general information, written with care but not tailored to your business. Results from past projects do not guarantee similar results for you. Prices on the site are indicative; the binding price is the one in a written offer.
Free audit
- The audit is free and does not oblige you to buy anything.
- I may need read-only access to your ad accounts and analytics. I do not change anything in your accounts without your written agreement, and you can remove my access at any time.
- The findings are my professional opinion based on the data available to me at the time.
- I may decline an audit request, for example if the business is outside my area of work.
- Information about your business stays confidential and is used only to prepare the audit.
Paid work
Paid projects are agreed separately in a written offer or contract that sets out scope, price and timing. If that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement applies.
Content and copyright
Texts, design and images on this site belong to Ksenia Afanaseva unless stated otherwise. You may quote short parts with a link to the source; any other use needs my permission.
Liability
I work to keep the site accurate and available, but I cannot guarantee it is always error-free or online. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for losses that come from using the information on this site. Links to other websites are provided for convenience, and I am not responsible for their content.
Law
These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Disputes go to the competent court in Varna, unless consumer protection law gives you the right to go to a court where you live.
Changes
I may update these terms. The version published here with its date is the one that applies.
