Last updated: 2 November 2026
This policy explains which personal data I collect on limefunnel.com, why, and what rights you have. I keep it short and collect as little as I can.
Who is responsible
The controller of your data is Ksenia Afanaseva, Varna, Bulgaria. Email: afanasievaq.smm@gmail.com. Write to this address for any question about your data.
What I collect
- Forms (free audit, contact, about): your name, email, and what you choose to write, for example your website, the service you are interested in, and your message.
- Booking requests: the day and time you pick and the contact details you send with them.
- Emails you send me: the content and your email address.
- Technical data: the hosting provider records your IP address, browser and the page you requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
- Usage data, only with your consent: pages viewed, clicks and conversions through Google Analytics 4 and advertising tags. See the cookie policy.
Why and on what legal basis
- To reply to your request and prepare an audit or offer: steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To deliver a project and issue invoices: contract and legal obligations under Bulgarian accounting and tax law (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c)).
- To keep the site secure and stop spam: my legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- To measure visits and advertising results: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time in the cookie settings.
I do not sell your data, and I do not use it for automated decisions or profiling that affects you.
Who receives the data
- Vercel Inc. hosts the website.
- Web3Forms delivers form submissions to my email inbox.
- Google provides my email (Gmail) and, only with your consent, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads measurement.
- LinkedIn receives conversion data only if you accept marketing cookies.
Some of these providers are based in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long I keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to a project: up to 12 months, then deleted.
- Client data and invoices: for as long as the law requires, usually 10 years for accounting records.
- Analytics data: up to 14 months.
- Hosting logs: a short period set by the hosting provider.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and a copy in a portable format. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest and withdraw consent at any time. Write to afanasievaq.smm@gmail.com, and I will reply within one month.
You can also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (КЗЛД, cpdp.bg) or to the data protection authority in your own country.
Changes
If I change this policy, I will publish the new version here with a new date.
